Who we are

IPVault.pro is a service of UpCapital Global FZCO("IPVault", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions: hello@ipvault.pro.

What IPVault does

IPVault helps you use AI on confidential work without any single AI ever seeing the whole of it. Your document is checked and broken into small, masked pieces on your own device, and only those pieces are spread across several independent AI providers, so no single provider receives more than a small share, and none of it is used to train AI. This is a document-protection tool. It is not legal, financial, patent, or professional advice, and it does not replace your own review.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Team and Enterprise plan owners may issue seats only to people on their own email domain, and are responsible for how their teammates use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload work you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful;
• try to break, overload, reverse engineer, or get around the protection limits of the service;
• use the service to build a competing product, or to resell it without our written agreement;
• use it for anything illegal, or to harm others.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your work stays yours

You keep all rights to the documents you upload and the results you receive. We claim no ownership of your content. We never use your work to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's, and we never sell it. We process your content only to provide the service to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and the rights you have.

Payments

Paid runs and plans are billed through our payment processor. Pay-per-run credits and monthly plan run caps are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Monthly plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time to stop future charges. Because processing begins as soon as you run a work, purchased runs are generally non-refundable once used, except where the law requires otherwise. If something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

The honest limits

IPVault is a platform company. Its job is to split your work into small pieces, spread them across several outside AI providers, and put the result back together on your own device, so that as little of your work as possible is ever exposed. Once a small, masked piece reaches an outside AI provider, we do not control, and are not responsible for, what that provider does with it. We cannot promise a particular result, and we cannot guarantee that your work stays completely private. If you need nothing at all to leave your device, use Air Gap mode, which sends nothing for you.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use the service at your own risk.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, IPVault and UpCapital Global FZCO are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the service. You can export your data before you leave.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to UpCapital Global FZCO in the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your own country.
