Why we built IPVault

IPVault started with a simple, uncomfortable observation. AI is genuinely useful on the work that matters most, a patent, a screenplay, a business plan, a client file, and yet the moment you paste that work into a chatbot, you may have handed your ideas to a system that learns from them, or made a disclosure you cannot take back. People were being forced to choose between using AI and protecting the work of their life. We did not accept that trade.

So we built a different way to use AI. Your work is checked and broken into small pieces on your own device first. Only small, masked pieces are ever sent, spread across several independent AI models, so no single model receives more than a small share, and never your whole document. Nothing is ever used to train AI. You can hold your most sensitive passages back so they never leave your machine at all.

Who is behind it

IPVault.pro is a service of UpCapital Global FZCO, founded by Ashik Karim. The company builds tools that protect the things people cannot afford to lose. IPVault is our answer to the question every creator, inventor, founder, and lawyer is now asking: how do I use AI without giving my work away.

Our editorial standards

The guides we publish are written to be useful, honest, and checkable. We hold them to a few rules:

• Answer the question first, in plain language, before the detail.
• Cite real events, rulings, and primary sources, not vague claims.
• Be honest about limits. We tell you what a setting does not protect, not just what it does.
• Never overstate what IPVault can do. If we say your work stays on your device, we mean it and we prove it.
• Update pages when the facts change, and show the date.

How we prove it, not just claim it

Trust in this space should be earned, not asserted. Every project in IPVault produces a tamper-evident, time-stamped record of exactly which AI handled which part of your work and when, which parts were kept on your device, and confirmation that no single model saw more than a small share.
